BDes Distance Education Admission 2024-25?: Bachelor of Design (BDes) is a technical undergraduate course which is offered through regular mode at various institutes. Candidates who want to pursue this program shall hold a 10+2 qualification in any discipline that may include arts, science, commerce, and humanities. Universities offering BDes courses are Amity University, NIFT, MIT Institute of Design, and Symbiosis Institute of Design. Admission to these universities is based on scoring marks in an entrance exam. Some of an entrance exams accepted by universities are UCEED, NIFT entrance examination, NID DAT, etc. Admission is ongoing at various universities for the July 2024-25 session and candidates can apply till an expected date of 25 September 2024. BDes course can be completed in 4 years spread across 8 semesters. This course fee ranges between INR 2 LPA to INR 18 LPA.  

Note: According to the UGC-DEB guidelines BDes course is not offered through distance mode in India.

For enrolling to BDes program through regular mode candidates rae required to follow the admission procedure steps accurately: 

Step 1: Eligible candidates must visit official website of a particular university from any search portal. 

Step 2: Go to online admission page.

Step 3: Create a login ID and password providing email, ID proof, and phone number. 

Step 4: Sign in to your account using your application ID and password 

Step 5: Candidates must fill out all required details.

Step 6: Upload all important scanned documents like mark sheet, identity proof, and more with same size mentioned in application prospectus. 

Step 7: Complete payment of an application fee using the mode of payment mentioned in an application form. 

Step 8: Review all information carefully before submitting it. 

Step 9: Download an application form for future reference.
