Gujrat Vidyapith Distance Education Admission 2024-25?: Gujrat Vidyapith is currently inviting candidates who want to enroll in Undergraduate program for July 2024-25 session. An expected deadline to register for UG program is 20 September 2024. Only applicants who have cleared CUET UG entrance test can apply for admission at this university. Online application for PhD program will begin on 12 September 2024 at Gujrat University through regular mode. PhD program enrollment will close on 30 September 2024. Admission to PhD program shall be offered to candidates who have cleared UGC-NET/ UGC-CSIR, and NET/GATE/CEED along with an interview round. About University: Gujrat Vidyapith was founded by Mahatma Gandhi in 1920 and it was deemed in the year 1963. This is a publicly deemed university and it is situated in Ahmedabad, Gujrat. Gujrat Vidyapith offers applications both in online and offline mode. Candidates who want to apply online shall visit the official page of the university. Before applying for any selected course applicants shall read an academic prospectus available for them. Additionally, candidates shall make sure they meet all basic eligibility criteria set for a respective program. At the time of submission of an application, applicants have to deposit a registration fee. Candidates belonging to general category have to pay an amount of INR 500 while INR 400 is required to be paid by the reserved category. 21 September 2024 is an expected last date to fill out an application for any UG programs. However, one who wants to study PhD course can enroll themselves from 12 September 2024.

A wide variety of courses are offered by Gujrat Vidyapith for students wanting to pursue undergraduate-level courses such as BA, BSc, BCA, BRS, BPEd, BPES, and many more. These courses cover specializations such as  Economics, Sociology, physical education and Sportsrobiology, Rural Planning and Development, etc. Duration of undergraduate courses is 3 years which is divided into 6 semesters. Enrollment at Gujrat Vidyapith for undergraduate courses will last until 20 September 2024. 

Admissions are based on an entrance examination and the counseling process. For admission to BPED and BEd programs, graduation in any subject from a recognized university with 50% marks is compulsory. However, other specialized UG programs require a pass in an intermediate examination with 45% marks. A registration fee ranges between INR 400 to INR 500.
