LNMU Distance Education Admission 2025-26?: The Lalit Narayan Mithila University (LNMU) will start its application process very soon for the academic year 2025-26. It is expected the admission process will begin in the month of  January 2025. LNMU admission 2025 last date to apply for any program is expected to be 11 April 2025. Applicants can choose to study either undergraduate, postgraduate, certificate, diploma, or doctoral program for the current session. Some of the most preferred courses applicants can choose to study at the university include BEd, MSc Mathematics, MA English, MCom, and MSc Botany. If any students looking forward to applying for the BEd program have to appear in a state level entrance exam. However, for other courses the admission is based on merit. About University: Lalit Narayan University commonly known as Mithila University is a public university. It was established in 1972 in Darbhanga, Bihar. The university is affiliated with UGC (University Grant Commission). NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council) has awarded a B++ grade to LNMU. Applicants who are getting admission at Lalit Narayan Mithila University for any regular courses have to make sure they apply before the due date. LNMU login registration is going to start soon and the last date for 2025 admission is expected to be 11 April 2025. Students are selected based on their academic performance in the last qualifying examination. Additionally, for the BEd program, students must be eligible to appear in an entrance exam. LNMU UG Admission 2025

For the current session 2025-26 the university is offering BTech, BLISc, and BEd courses through the undergraduate program. Students can choose to take a BTech degree in Computer Science & Engineering and Bioinformatics. Those who pursue BTech programs can complete their course in 4 years while BLISc and BEd can be completed in 1 and 2 years respectively. Once the online application starts LNMU UG admission 2025 will be done until the last date of 11 April 2025. 

Candidates who want a bachelor’s degree in any course have to pass out an intermediate exam with a minimum of 50% marks. BEd CET (Combined Entrance Test) is conducted each year and applicants have to clear cut off to get admission. Undergraduate program admission fee ranges from INR 10000 and lasts up to INR 38000.

Online registration form is scheduled to be released in the month of January 2025 for all postgraduate programs. LNMU (Lalit Narayan Mithila University) PG admission last date is specified to be 11 April 2025* for the session 2025-26. Students who are willing to get admission can choose to study courses like MCom, MSc, MBA, and MA. Additionally, candidates can choose disciplines Dramatic, Psychology, Urdu, Botany, Home Science, Geography, and more. All PG programs last for a duration of 2 years which is spread over 4 semesters. LNMU offers both semester-based and non-semester-based examination patterns. 

 The total admission fee needed to be deposited for postgraduate programs varies between INR 12300 to INR 41000. Additionally, selection of the candidates is done based on their academic score of 55% in any bachelor’s degree from an UGC-DEB approved institute.

Lalit Narayan Mithila University offers several courses through regular mode for the academic year 2025-26. Students who want to enroll in any course have to make a payment of registration fee at the time of getting registered. The application fee might be different for each institution depending on the type of institute. The registration fee starts from INR 500 and it ranges for INR 1500 for different programs. Applicants can get to pay an application fee either in online or offline mode. Some of the modes of payment accepted by LNMU are Credit/Debit card, UPI, NEFT, Demand Draft, Cheque, and many more.
