JU Distance Education Admission Process 2024
The admission process is convenient for students who wish to apply for any desired course at University of Jammu. Candidates can apply online by visiting the official website. The last date for filling out and submitting a registration form was 31 August 2024. JU has released the date for admission and counselling i.e. 9 September 2024. A candidate applying for any program has to deposit an application fee that ranges between INR 450 to INR 500. JU UG Admission 2024
A candidate can pursue BA, BCom, BBA, LLB, BPEd, and BLib undergraduate specialized courses through regular mode at Jammu Univerity. Candidates can choose several disciplines through UG program such as English, Hotel Management, Professional, Physical Education, etc. UG specialized program lasts 3 years and is spread over 6 semesters. 31 August 2024 was the deadline to submit an application form.
Students keen to apply for desired graduate courses must pass 10+2 exam from a UGC-recognized university. Selection shall be done entirely on the basis of CUET UG exam. A registration fee ranges between INR 450 to INR 500. Undergraduate academic course fee ranges from INR 9000 to INR 65000.
JU PG Admission 2024
Jammu University provides several courses for postgraduate programs through regular mode. Some of courses are MEd, MPEd, MLib ISc, MA, and MSc. Specializations offered for master’s level programs are Human Genetics, Food Science& Technology, Tourism Management, Sericulture, Kashmiri, and so on. Postgraduate course has a duration of 2 years divided into 4 semesters. The last date to register for PG courses was 31 August 2024.
Marks scored in the CUET PG entrance exam and having a bachelor’s degree is required to be admitted to JU. A total tuition fee for postgraduate program falls between INR 15000 to INR 150000. INR 450 to INR 500 is required to be deposited as a registration fee at the time of applying for admission.
