Dibrugarh University Distance Education 2024: Applicants will soon be invited to apply for 3-year undergraduate and 2-year postgraduate programs offered through distance education at Dibrugarh University. Candidates seeking admission to any specialized course can enroll themselves till the expected date of 28 August 2024. Selection for any UG or PG program is based on the percentage marks scored in the qualifying examination. Dibrugarh University does not offer admission on the basis of entrance exams. Dibrugarh University offering distance education conducts admission entirely based on online mode. The admission is conducted twice a year once in January and another in July month. For applying to get admission in the July session 2024-25, students have to visit the official page of the university regularly to keep themselves updated. Submission of the online application lasted till the expected date of 28 August 2024*. While submitting a registration form students are expected to pay an application fee that ranges between INR 520 to INR 750. Dibrugarh University for the July session 2024-25 offers multiple undergraduate academic courses through distance mode. Some of them include a BA in Elective Assamese, Alternative English, Economics, and Education, BCA, and BCom. The duration to complete all UG courses lasts for 3 years with 6 semesters. 

Students who want to be selected for a particular course have to pass a 10+2 examination or an equivalent from a recognized university/board. A minimum of 45% marks is required to get enrolled. The registration fee ranges from INR 500. Additionally, tuition fee for all undergraduate programs ranges between INR 8000 to INR 17000.

For PG courses, students must hold a graduation degree in any relevant subject with a minimum aggregate mark of 50%. The duration of this PG program is around 2 years divided into 4 semesters. INR 520 to INR 750 is required to be paid at the time of registration at Dibrugarh University. PG course academic fee lies between INR 9200 to INR 27000.
