About MANUU University

Established in 1998 Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) is a central university. This was the first Urdu University in India until 2016. Located in Hyderabad, Telangana the university offers several distance learning programs. All courses offered through distance education are recognized by UGC-DEB. MANUU Distance Education Admission Process 2024

Candidates who are looking forward to take admission at Maulana Azad National Urdu University through distance education can apply either online or offline mode. Online application was  available for candidates on university’s official portal and candidates have applied till 15 November 2024. Before filling an application applicants shall make sure they have registered themselves for a particular course. Enrollment is entirely based on merit. At the time of registration, candidates need to deposit an application fee of INR 300. It is advised to download an admission prospectus before applying at MANUU. 

MANUU UG Admission 2024

Maulana Azad National Urdu University offers undergraduate-level programs like BA, BSc in Life Science and Physical Science, and BCom. 15 November 2024 was the deadline at MANUU distance admission 2024-25. A specialized undergraduate program generally lasts for 3 years covering 6 semesters. Maximum duration offered to candidates is 6 years. 

For UG-level courses, students must have passed an intermediate level from a recognized university/institute. Candidate must have studied through Urdu medium or Urdu as a subject at 10th and 12th level. Registration fee at MANUU CDOE is INR 300. Graduate course fee ranges from INR 4000 to INR 5000 per semester. 

MANUU BCom Admission 2024

BCom is a full-time 3-year course that is divided into 6 semesters and it is offered by Maulana Azad National Urdu University through distance mode. Students can take a maximum duration of 6 years to complete this program. The last date to apply for admission was 15 November 2024. Students are requested to meet all the basic eligibility criteria. Admission for the degree course is based on merit. 

MANUU has set an academic fee for the BCom distance education program to be INR 12500. 

MANUU BSc Admission 2024

The admission portal has been closed at MANUU for the July session 2024-25 for BSc courses. Online admission procedure was closed on 15 November 2024. Students who have passed 10+2 in PCM/PCB from a recognized board are eligible for the BSc course. The selection criteria are based on merit. It is a full-time, 3-year course. Multiple specializations offered for the courses are Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Mathematics, and Zoology. An average annual fee for the program is INR 8000 to 15000. 

MANUU PG Admission 2024

Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) offers a Master of Arts under a postgraduate program through distance education. A variety of specializations offered through this program are Urdu, Hindi, Arabic, Islamic Studies, History, etc. MANUU distance admission 2024-25 was open till 15 November 2024, and students are advised to apply before last date. PG specialized program can be completed in 2 years with 4 semesters. 

Eligible students must have a bachelor’s degree in the relevant stream. Eligibility criteria may vary depending on the chosen courses. An application fee of INR 300 shall be deposited by candidates. PG program semester-based fee is between INR 6200 to INR 6500. 

MANUU CDOE Diploma Admission 2024

Applicants are invited to apply for diploma courses through distance mode at Maulana Azad National Urdu University. Candidates who wish to study this program can enroll themselves till 15 November 2024. A variety of specializations like  Journalism & Mass Communication, Early Childhood Care and Education, Employability Skills, and School Leadership and Management. A complete duration of diploma courses is 1 year spread across 2 semesters. 

Eligibility criteria for diploma courses at MANUU CDOE is to have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputed institute. An average course fee for this program is INR 3400 to INR 16500. INR 300 is required to be deposited as a registration fee. 

MANUU Certificate Admission 2024

Maulana Azad National Urdu University offers certificate courses through its distance mode. Candidates can pursue Certificate of Proficiency in Urdu and Certificate in Functional English and mode of learning offered to candidates are English and Urdu. Certificate courses usually last for 6 months and the maximum duration offered to candidates is 2 years. MANUU distance education admission 2024-25 is currently ongoing for certificate courses and the last date for the closure of admission was 15 November 2024. 

Having a 10+2 qualification from an accredited institute or university can get selected for admission. Additionally, candidates must secure a minimum of 40% marks in their last qualifying examination. While applying for admission candidates need to pay a registration fee of INR 300. Certificate course fee at MANUU distance education ranges between INR 2100 to INR 3000. Eligible candidates that fall under the reserved category have to pay a course fee that varies from INR 1500 to INR 2200.
