Master of Physical Education Distance Learning: MPEd also known as (Master of Physical Education) is a 2-year postgraduate specialized program offered through regular mode. Each university offers semester based examination and this course consist of 4 semesters. Main objective of this program is to provide students with opportunities to develop knowledge and practical and theoretical skills to meet their personal and professional goals in fields of physical education and exercise science. Several UGC-approved universities are currently accepting applications for MPEd program for academic session 2024-25.
A candidate can fill out an application form till the expected last date of 30 September 2024. As per university guidelines candidates who have completed their bachelor’s in Physical Education are selected for admission. Additionally, some universities admit students as per their performance in a respective entrance examination. CUET, MAH BPEd CET, BHU BPEd test, ITM NEST, and LPU PET are some entrance exams accepted by universities. Candidates have to pay an MPEd course fee of INR 20000 to INR 130000.
