HPU Distance Education Admission 2025: For the 2025-26 session, Himachal Pradesh University has started accepting registration of eligible students who wish to pursue any distance learning courses. Students can be admitted to undergraduate, postgraduate, and diploma programs at the university. Admission to undergraduate, postgraduate, and diploma courses at ICDEOL admission 2025 last date is set to be 28 May 2025. Students can get selected depending on their previous qualification. About Himachal Pradesh University

Himachal Pradesh University was established in 1970 as a state government university. It is situated in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. • In continuation of the admission notice of even number dated 30 April 2025, all concerned are informed that the last date for filling up of online application form except for BHM and FYICTTM courses has been extended up to 13 May 2025.
• Personal Contact program in respect of BEd 1 year MLSM Sundernagar PCP Centre 1 students offline practical date is 23 May 2025.
• The University has updated the guidelines for M.Com Project Report and Oral Examination. Students can check updates to confirm all the formalities and procedures. The oral examination for the course will be held on 15 June 2025. The fee for the Project Viva-Voce is Rs 1000, and it has to be paid at the time of admission.

HPU ICDEOL Admission Process 2025

The selection criteria at the Himachal Pradesh University distance education is based on the marks obtained in the previous academic qualification. The online application form is available at the university’s official web portal for students who meet the eligibility criteria. As per the UGC-DEB guidelines it is mandatory for each student to create a DEB ID using their ABC ID to get admission to any distance learning institution. DEB ID is mandatory to get admission to Himachal Pradesh University distance education.
