Karpagam University Coimbatore Distance Education?: Karpagam University is now accepting applications for a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses through regular mode. Applicants get allotted to the desired program till the expected last date of 21 August 2024. For admission to any program, students have to fill out the online application form and go through the academic prospectus of the July cycle 2024-25. Students are selected based on the marks obtained in the previous qualifying examination. For some special courses university accept marks scored in the relevant entrance examination. State and National level examinations accepted by the Karpagam University are GATE and TANCET. Note: According to the UGC-DEB policies, Karpagam University does not offer any distance learning programs.

Karpagam University Distance Education Admission Process 2024

Students are guided to go through the admission prospectus for the academic year 2024-25 to meet the basic admission requirements. The registration portal was open till the expected date of 21 August 2024. Students are advised to fill out the application form before the due date. Karpagam University offers admission based on the marks scored in an entrance examination and on the basis of merit. Along with the submission of a registration form students have to deposit the registration fee of INR 500 to INR 1000. 

Karpagam University UG Admission 2024

Bachelor’s courses offered by Karpagam University are BCom, BBA, BCA, BE, BArch, BTech, etc. An undergraduate program lasts for 3 years with 6 semesters. Several disciplines are offered through undergraduate courses such as Food Technology, Microbiology, Professional Accounting, Biomedical Engineering, etc. Admission to the UG program is already ongoing at KAHE and the last date to apply was 21 August  2024*. 

The registration fee for the UG program for the academic year 2024-25 is INR 500 to INR 1000. The eligibility criteria for undergraduate courses is to complete 10+2 with minimum marks from an authorized university. The fee structure for undergraduate students is INR 24000 to INR 89000, depending on the courses. 

Karpagam University PG Admission 2024

Several specializations offered through postgraduate courses offered by Karpagam University are Structural Engineering, VLSI Design, Robotics, Computer Application, Town and Country Planning, and English. Postgraduate programs offered through regular mode are MTech, MBA, MA, MCom, ME, MSc, etc. Merit-based admissions are offered for courses like MCom, MA, MCA, etc. Having a bachelor’s degree is mandatory for admission to the university. Students applying for an MTech program have to appear in the GATE examination. 

The duration of this course is 2 years. Admission to the PG program is open for all students, and the last date to apply for admission was 21 August 2024. The registration fee for applying for a post-graduation program is INR 500 to INR 1000. The average fee structure for PG programs is INR 32300 to INR 75000. 

Karpagam University Distance Education Eligibility

Admission to applicants for any undergraduate and postgraduate program is offered looking at the qualifying marks obtained by candidates in an entrance test. A few entrance exams accepted by Karpagam University are GATE and TANCET. Information regarding admission is available at the university’s prospectus. • Applicants who want to enroll in any specialized undergraduate program have to pass a 10+2 exam with a minimum score.

Step 5: Sign in by entering your student ID and valid password. 

Step 6: Now, fill all the sections carefully and avoid any mistakes. 

Step 7: Upload self attested copies of necessary documents such as marksheet, and identity proof certificate. 

Step 8: Candidates should pay attention while uploading the documents in the same size as mentioned in the guidelines.

Step 9: Complete the payment of the application fee using any convenient method of payment.
