Vidyasagar University Distance Education?: Applicants are invited for admission to all distance learning programs offered at the Vidyasagar University for the academic cycle 2024-25. The university is currently offering admission for postgraduate, BLISc, Diploma, and Certificate programs covering several specializations. The last date for the submission of an online application for a Diploma and Certificate course was 30 September 2024. Admission last date for the PG and BLISc program was extended to 30 October 2024. All courses offered for admission by Vidyasagar University are based on merit. Additionally, the selection of various courses will be granted based on merit in the NET, GATE, SET and Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by Vidyasagar University. The eligible candidates have to fill out an online application form by visiting the university’s official page @vidyasagar.ac.in.

The applicants can fill out the form only through online mode at Vidyasagar University. Students are informed that they have to fill out the application form with personal and academic details. In addition, it’s mandatory to submit all the required documents for taking admission. The registration fee of INR 200 to INR 300 is to be paid online through the admission portal at the time of registration. The enrollment is ongoing for PG and BLISc courses and the closing date for admission was 30 October 2024. Students who wish to get admission in any Diploma or Certificate course have to submit the application till 30 September 2024. Those who want to take admission have to download the admission form by visiting the university’s website. 

Vidyasagar University PG Admission 2024

Multiple course choices are offered through distance education at Vidyasagar University some of them include MA in Political Science, English, Economics, and Philosophy, MSc in Anthropology, Applied Mathematics, Botany, and Bio-Medical, MCom, MBA, and MLISc. Postgraduate courses last for 2 years divided into 4 semesters. Admission was ongoing for the academic year 2024-25 at the university and 30 October 2024 was the last date to submit the application. 

Candidates having a bachelor’s degree in any respective discipline from a recognized university/board can enroll for the postgraduate course. Multiple specializations offered at the university are Psychological Counselling, Office Automation and Internet Technologies, Advance Hardware and Networking Administration, and Applied Computer Science. Duration to complete Diploma courses usually lasts for 1 year with 2 semesters. 

Selection will be offered to candidates who hold a bachelor’s degree in any specialization from a notable university. A registration fee of INR 200 to INR 300 needs to be paid while filling out an application form. Diploma course fee ranges between INR 4400 to INR 13400. 

Vidyasagar University Certificate Admission 2024

A wide variety of specialized courses are offered by Vidyasagar University for students wanting to pursue certificate courses. Candidates can pursue disciplines like Entrepreneurship Development, Beekeeping and Management, Dietetics, Sales and Marketing, and Mushroom Cultivation and Processing. The complete duration of the certificate courses is 1 year. Admissions are based on merit at Vidyasagar University. 

Admission portal has been closed for the academic year 2024-25 on 30 September 2024. The registration fee for the certificate courses is INR 200 to INR 300. Applicants enrolling for this program have to pass a higher secondary education from a recognized board. An annual fee structure for admission is INR 3200 to INR 12000.
